In the SDG MEDIA CAMP, 24 journalists from 6 countries (Belarus, France, Germany, Moldova, Poland, Ukraine) research beyond their national borders on sustainability topics (e.g. climate change, circular economy, biodiversity, sustainable agriculture and forestry, sustainable tourism, sustainable urban planning and construction) and support each other with insider knowledge and expert contacts.
The SDG MEDIA CAMP offers lectures and discussions with experts from all 6 countries on sustainability and human rights topics, practical tasks, and interactive exercises. During meetings in Rîșcova (Moldova), Eberswalde (Germany), and Zielona Góra (Poland) you will be able to visit various environmental and human rights organizations, entrepreneurs, and research institutions, and gather material for your journalistic work. With trainers and journalists from all six project countries, you will exchange ideas about your topics in editorial meetings, collect material and conduct research together across countries on sustainability issues. After each offline meeting, you publish one journalistic material - three in total. At least one of them should be a joint cross-border material.
